Please contact us via our contact page to request a refund. We'll send the specific returns address and instructions on how to do so.
Orders can be returned for any reason within 28 days from the date the order was placed. After this time unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items bought as part of a promo / sale cannot be returned.
Please retain your proof of postage in a safe place to avoid disappointment. If you cannot provide proof of postage or a receipt for your refund your refund maybe be denied.
Returned items must be in the same condition unworn, unwashed, with any tags or branding attached and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to deny a return if items are not received in their original condition.
Once your return is received a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it might take up to 7 working days for a refund to show up on any bank statements.
We do not cover return shipping costs. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure your return reaches us, items that are not received will not be refunded so we recommend using tracked or insured service to avoid disappointment.
